Signing in reads your GitHub account ID, name and verified primary email address, and nothing else: it asks for no access to your repositories, and the token GitHub hands over is used once and thrown away. CloudPilot holds no AWS or Kubernetes credentials, so signing in gives it no way into your cloud.
